Chuck is an Entrepreneur, and a Marketplace Minister.  His passion is to oversee the development of Kingdom-based Businesses and Ministries while helping to equip and empower others to do the same.  He is currently serving as the President of Heritage Wealth Management Group, Ltd., a Norfolk, Virginia based Register Investment Advisory Firm.  His work with Heritage involves developing corporate & technology infrastructures which support a dynamic financial advisory practice.  The primary goal is to use this infrastructure to achieve growth and support other financial professionals in their move toward true prosperity and independence.  Chuck is currently developing and forming HIS Financial Network along with HIS Wellspring Ministry Glad-Giving Fund.  He is also considering forming a Business & Consumer Technology Consulting Firm - HIS Computer Security which would employ college-aged interns and graduates and would allow Chuck to serve them in a Mentoring capacity.  It is this business experience along with his entrepreneurial zeal that he brings to the LifePlanning Institute, and the Kingdom Seed Foundation of one of the Directors.

Chuck's professional experience includes over seventeen years of Military Aviation experience, eighteen years in various facets of the Financial Services Industry, and several more years working as a volunteer for non-profit enterprises.
